- the standard pork and beef mixed mince spaghetti bolognese which I always love to have
- must have had about 2-3 teaspoons of pesto on it too
- and that bread was lovely, from tescos I think, really greasy and lovely - it was kind of like pizza, all tomatoey and cheesey

Ever since finding your blog and learning that minces could be (and argueably should be) mixed I have done it in every single pasta dish I've made. From pork and beef, to beef and lamb, to lamb and pork. It will never get old!
its sik that you're doing that too - what does lamb and pork taste like?
I think we started mixing pork and beef ages before we starting using a butcher because we found supermarket pork was really fatty
