Breakfast
- nah, I didn't have it
Lunch
- I was planning to have it but it was about half 5 when I got out of the shower so I decided to leave it
Dinner 6.40PM
- dinner was really quite nice, it was a lamb kofta curry kind of thing, but the lamb was really light and almost smokey on the outside
- there was also rice garlic naan bread with something like poppy and sesame seeds on it
- i put just a little mango chutney on mine (trying to cut down on putting stuff on my meals, but I couldn't really taste it at all so I think i'll go back to putting on a lot)
- I also had a banana that was quite nice but a bit much
Snacks
- I still didn't have anything on Wednesday
