Dinner 6.40PM
- thats some pasta that was kind of sticky, but I like it that way
- with some chicken
- and just a little bacon
- some lettuce (which I ate first)
- and some salad with some onions, I can't remember which herbs were in it but they were grown by my mum
- got some garlic bread there too

Do you cook the garlic bread in foil?

i've asked big papa iwantonesobadly and he says that its cooked in the foil closed up until the last 10 minutes where he still has it in the foil, but the foils opened up so the bread can crisp up a bit
he does it with only one side buttered, and with clean sides meeting/buttered sides meeting
my mum tends to butter both sides
I used to like sticky pasta until I realised it was only sticky because I was overcooking it. After many failed attempts at cooking it al dente I know now how much better properly cooked pasta tastes in accordance with the sauce.
