- thats one of my favourite things, pasta bake made with a mix of pork and beef mince
- and in the salad theres lettuce and radishes from the garden with some tomatoes too

I decided to take a break from the blog for a while, and persue my true passion - UFOs and spelling, phew, don't know if I can really interest my self in this anymore..... nah nah big post tomorrow I think, need to get osme work done tonight
i've been incredibly tired from college, thanks for the interest babe, its the comments that keep me doing the actual posts - its all the moving about that does for me, I think I can tell that i'm using up a lot more energy from how i've been eating.
Whilst I was in the holidays I could get up at 10 and have a small lunch at about 2, or just have a bowl or two of dry cereal and then i'd be fine for the whole day - its way different now, I get up at 6.45AM and have a big bowl fo cereal with full fat milk, at about 1.00PM I try and have a sandwich with one or two snacks and a drink.
I'm honestly finding that I need it, mans stomach goes mad with rumbling by about half 11, movement and thinking actually takes a lot more effort than I remember. You're still working now right? I really like reading your thoughts and feelings but I sometimes feel nosey when I read about whats happening to you on a larger scale, i've got memory of you working at some kind of chemical plant for a time right?
Don't feel weird about it, my blog is there to be fondled, like an innocent young set of cows teets.
