- for lunch I had those pasta spiraly things
- with some carrots
- and peas with red pesto on everything
Dinner 7.15PM
- for dinner I had a stir fry with mushrooms, onions, peas and some other things
- some noodles
- a piece of braised chicken
- a fair bit of light soy sauce on everything
- and a banana
Snacks 8.30PM+
- some aldi dark chocolate
