tuesday's post


Dinner 6.50PM

  • I remember this being a lovely meal, thats a chicken kebab
  • some red onion
  • some cucumber
  • some lettuce
  • and some tomato
  • theres also some peanut satay sauce there which had some curry powder in it - this is one of my favourite sauces ever, its really rich and sweet but it also has an earthy taste to it
  • theres some tiger bread there too - this was fantastic with the left over sauce

monday's post


Dinner 6.50PM

  • this is another meal with dumplings that I really enjoy - I think I really love anything so filling
  • so its dumplings
  • a piece of chicken in a gravy type sauce with
  • carrots
  • a little bit of swede
  • and some diced green beans

sunday's post


Dinner 7.00PM

  • i can't really tell you why I didn't have a roast dinner, it was so long ago - I think my mum might have been away and she is the one who always cooks the roast
  • instead thats spaghetti carbonara which is probably the only way that I can think of that i'll eat a lot of egg
  • its the normal kind with bacon which I think is delicious

saturday's post


Dinner 6.45PM

  • I remember this meal being just perfect
  • its fish fingers that I had with loads and loads of tomato sauce
  • some perfectly crispy chips
  • and some bread from the deli that I ate with all my left over tomato sauce afterwards

friday's post

it was a night out, I can't tell you quite what I had but i've got this funny feeling it might have even been a big mac with a friend's voucher book (wasn't bad at all)

thursday's post


Dinner 8.00PM

  • thats pork kebabs which i had with lots of lemon
  • some tomato
  • some red onion
  • red pepper
  • and cucumber
  • theres also naan bread
  • with mint raita (this fell off most of the kebab)
  • hummus
  • some sweet chili sauce
  • and some toast but I don't think I had much of this

wednesday's post


Dinner 6.40PM

  • thats some lovely chicken skin (I think I might have had tartar sauce on this but I really can't remember)
  • some lamb koftas
  • some tandoori chicken
  • some naan bread from an indian brand, its meant to be the spicy kind but all it just worked out to be tougher than the plain kind
  • also theres a salad which was tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and probably mint

tuesday's post


Dinner 6.40PM
  • I always really like this meal, its sausages
  • bubble and squeak
  • with a fair bit of gravy
  • and some broccoli which could be my favourite vegetable

monday's post


Dinner 6.45PM

  • theres a nice helping of spaghetti bolognese which is the usual pork and beef mix
  • with some garlic bread
  • and theres also some pesto there, i think I had about three tablespoons worth but I can't be sure

sunday's post



Dinner 7.15PM

  • thats roast pork but its roast belly pork again which i'm starting to think I like best
  • also got roast potatoes
  • some lovely cabbage
  • mashed swede and carrot (really warming to this)
  • and some shredded green beans
  • also got before and after for gravy there and you can see where it steamed up my camera lens

saturday's post

night out, couldn't really say what I had

I think it was probably samosas

friday's post


Dinner 6.45PM

  • thats beans on fried bread
  • sausage patties (always take ages on these, one of my favourites)
  • some bacon
  • and some chips which i'm not sure, but I think might have been made out of my favourite potatoes

thursday's post


Dinner 6.40PM

  • thats a boneless lamb chop
  • and a little salad type thing that was beansprouts, onions and mushrooms - I seem to remember it tasting quite smokey as well
  • also got some sliced green beans there
  • and one of those pull apart bread loaves that I always like, I think it was sun dried tomato

wednesday's post



Dinner 6.25PM

  • first off, i had corn on the cob with a fair bit of clover (I didn't have any of the salad at this point)
  • then i had some pizza without cheese but with
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • and bacon
  • then i had the salad which was tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber and a bit of dressing

Dinner 7.30PM

  • this is one of my favourite meals because its so filling and i can take a very long time planning how i'm going to eat every mouthful
  • its beef stew with
  • onions, mushrooms and carrots
  • and dumplings (what makes the meal for me)
  • and some big green beans
  • and rice

monday's post

  • thats a lovely bit of chicken with

  • and mushrooms in a sweet sauce that had sweet chili sauce in it
  • and my dad's version of bubble and squeak which is more like a hash than the cakes that my mum makes
  • and some big green beans
