saturday's post

on saturday I got up about 11.10AM

Breakfast

  • nah, I didn't have any breakfast

Lunch

  • nope, I was going to have something, but eat didn't have any wraps left over, I did have a white mouse and some bubble gum from the sweet shop though

Dinner 6.50PM

  • dinner was chinese pancakes, we usually have round ones but we only had the thinner square ones which can be weaker and more rigid
  • in mine I first put a layer of smoked garlic mayonnaise
  • then about two strips of sweetly glazed chicken
  • some nice dry, but not too crispy bacon
  • some spring onion
  • and some broken up lettuce
  • I then put a load of sweet chili sauce on all of them (I think i'm losing my taste for the chili in this, it all seemed really mild)
  • this differed slightly from wrap to wrap but the base ingredients were the same
  • I then finished up the left over lettuce
  • I also had some tomato slices
  • then I had a banana, which wasn't amazing

Snacks 8.30PM+

  • first I had a glass of banks' mild, I still think this is quite drinkable but nothing like wychwood
  • I had some cadbury's bournville dark chocolate, I think this is a really interesting chocolate - kind of like its based completely on milk chocolate whereas cheaper dark chocolates taste like they were made from scratch as they aren't so creamy

friday's post

On friday I got up about 7.50AM, but I was so tired that it was about 12.00 before I even got into school

Breakfast 7.55AM

  • for breakfast, I had the left over special K red berries, but I also had some kind of flakes and cluster based cereal with some strong vanilla flavouring in it to fill up the bowl - I really have to check what this is (I also had my usual full fat milk on it)

Lunch 12.50PM

  • for lunch I had a change, we'd used up the salami and buns, so I had some thinly sliced chorizo which was from tescos, in a ciabatta roll which was also from tescos - this is nice because it loses some of its crispness and keeps its toughness
  • I also had some orange juice
  • some carrot sticks
  • and one of the best, biggest and generally nicest scones i've had in such a long time

Dinner 6.30PM

  • dinner was really nice, it was just what I wanted on thursday night actually. My mum made pasta bake with mince, carrots onions and some other stuff, I really love this meal because it takes salt really well and theres always a portion left over
  • we also had some salad with lettuce leaves
  • tomato, some slices, mostly chunks
  • and some cucumber
  • I also had a banana, they really aren't very nice at the moment

Snacks 8.15PM+

  • first I had some of the left over pasta, its a real art getting it all in, I like to put it in a bowl, stage by stage, putting in a little bit of salt, and either pepper or chili flakes, when the pastas just left in the oven to keep warm, it goes kind of solid and dried out, I really really like it like this
  • I then had about 6 squares of my mum's fudge
  • and some of those smaller toblerone triangles (I always keep differently on toblerone each time I eat it)

thursday's post, I was in London then

I was in london on thursday, so I got up so early at about 5.40AM and then didn't have a bath. We got there at like 10.50AM though

Breakfast

  • I was so rushed that I didn't bother

Lunch 12.45PM (only approx, no clock around me because we had something to eat outside)

  • I had a co op tiger bread bun with some really well balanced salami in it - its really nice to have tiger bread for a change
  • we also had some small picnic eggs from tescos, and there were no bad bits in any of them
  • I then had some salt and vinegar discos - now, these were very odd. I haven't had discos since I was very little, when they had loads of additives, flavours in etc. With all this removed, they didn't have that horridly sharp edge to them, they tasted like fake discos

Dinner (part one) 7.40PM

  • I say part one because we had something to eat on the coach back before we got back, I had a sesame seed bun with some salami in it, it was nice and firm
  • also had some of the little picnic eggs
  • and a packet of prawn cocktail skips - these are just as nice as a remember from when I was little. They aren't like eating crisps, its a lighter, and much nicer, experience

Dinner (part two) 11.15PM

  • when we got back we had beans on toast
  • and a little bacon on the side, this really is one of my favourite things - I really don't know why, I just love beans on toast

Snacks

  • it was really too late to have any snacks, but I did try some of the fudge that we'd got for my mum, which was very nice, but I think I prefer the crumblier stuff that I make

wednesday's post

I got up at about 6.35 on wednesday

Breakfast 6.42AM

  • breakfast was some special K red berries, there seemed to be a lot of it, and some full fat milk

Lunch

  • I got in quite late, and couldn't decide if I wanted to get my haircut. I was so delayed by all of this that I had my lunch in the evening as a snack later on

Dinner 6.30PM

  • my mum was late back so we didn't eat with her, we had some cooked mince with carrots, onions, tomato and stuff like that in it - it was pretty much bolognese I suppose
  • We also had some mashed potato which was nice
  • and some peas and broccoli - I think these work better with a less meaty meal but when they were mixed with the mash, they were brilliant
  • I also had a banana, they really aren't too good at the moment

Snacks 9.40PM+

  • first I had my lunch, it was a sesame seed bun with some salami in it
  • some carrot sticks
  • some orange juice (tasted kind of warm, kind of cold - it was very odd)
  • and a scone
  • after that I had a glass of a pale ale that I think was called mad duck - its nice but kind of bold and abrupt
  • then I had a glass of wychwood wychcraft blonde beer, this is an incredibly drinkable beer with a really deep flavour like all of wychwood's stuff. Its really worth trying, or anything wychwood for that matter

its tuesday now

I got up at about 7.25AM today

Breakfast 7.35AM

  • some special K red berries, with some full fat milk

Lunch 12.30PM

  • for lunch I had some orange juice
  • some carrot sticks
  • a seseme seed bun with some salami in it (oddly enough, this one was so much softer than yesterdays)
  • also had a scone, the new patch came out of the oven this evening

Dinner 6.30PM

  • dinner was really nice, it was a piece of chicken baked in the oven
  • on the plate there was also some broccoli (probably my favourite vegetable) I really like this because they were two dry things waiting for the rest of the meal
  • there was some kind of really nice sauce in a little bowl for the chicken too, it had onions, chili, soy and some other stuff in it, it tasted tomatoey but i'm told there wasn't any tomato in it
  • we also had some chips, which I always like because I can eat them one by one. I also had them with a lot of the sauce which was wonderful - apparently they tasted like the pakora we had a few nights ago because the oil needs changing but I didn't really notice
  • I also had a banana after that

Snacks 8.20PM+

  • first I had some of the white mice I got all that time ago, a few had a funny taste but they were still alright
  • between having those, I had one of the scones fresh from the oven, they taste really funny when they are warm if you ask me but its still a lovely taste

its monday

I got up at about 6.35AM today, I feel incredibly tired now but I guess it was worth it

Breakfast 6.42AM

  • for breakfast I had some kellogs special K red berries with some full fat milk, it was a bit hard to eat but not really too bad at all

Lunch 1.10PM

  • for lunch I had a nice and firm sesame seed bun with some salami in it. Its back to that wonderfully cheap tasting salami that I like
  • some carrot sticks which were ok
  • some orange juice
  • a scone, I think my slight cold is getting in the way of the sweetness of scones

Dinner 6.35PM

  • dinner was really big and satisfying, it took me about 45 minutes to eat, it was a big, well cooked pork chop, on top of it was some onions and mushrooms with some chili on them, when I had eaten these I put some crab apple jelly on my pork
  • I also had half a baked potato
  • some peas
  • and a banana

Snacks 9.00PM+

  • I had some of the fudge that I made, theres only crumbs left now

sunday's post

I got up about 10.25AM today, and i'm feeling really anxious

Breakfast

  • nah I didn't have any breakfast, I hate it on a sunday and I wanted a bath anyway

Lunch

  • I wasn't really in any mood to eat then

Dinner 6.35PM

  • dinner was really nice, we had roast beef, it was cooked really well and I put just a touch of horse radish on mine
  • there was also gravy
  • carrots
  • broccoli
  • yorkshire puddings, I don't like them so soft and battery in the middle though
  • there were also roast potatoes
  • my mum also bought us some really nice marshmallow things from the german markets, they were brilliant. One was a crunchy one, and one was a strawberry (I think) one, they were a wafer base, with a tower of soft creamy marshmallow covered in a nice chocolate with whatever little bits on the outside, like crunchy nutty bits or fruity stuff. They really were a great treat.
  • I also had a banana after that, but it was like a cold thing with a banana texture

Snacks 7.40PM+

  • I had quite a lot of that fudge that I made yesterday, it was very nice but I feel so full now
  • after that I had a glass of banks' mild beer, which is a very drinkable beer but not as deep as the hobgoblin stuff

saturday's post

I got up about 9.50AM today, and i'm feeling nearly completely better

Breakfast

  • I didn't have any cereal or anything, but I helped my mum finish off those biscuits

Lunch 2.50PM

  • I was really, really hungry at this point, I don't really know why. For lunch I had one of those little tarts with raspberry jam on top of it (the ones like mr.kippling cakes in the little foil cases)
  • a fentiman's ginger beer, it was really nice and sharp, not too muddy

Dinner 6.40PM

  • for dinner we had a big meal because my taste buds have nearly completely recovered. we had sticky spare ribs (really light today, very nice)
  • some tandoori chicken pieces with onion and lemon
  • with some spicey mint rarta sauce stuff and some of that carrotty samosa sauce (I would have had it thicker, apparently thats not how its done)
  • there was also bread from the deli
  • a plate of salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumber, I didn't have more than one bite of a tomato slice, it was disgusting and bitter
  • after the tomato problem I was put off from staying to have a banana

Snacks 7.50+

  • we had some of the vanilla fudge that I had made with the help of my father, its really nice, kind of crumbly and grainy. I guess this is like scottish tablet, but i've never had that

friday's post

on Friday I got up about 2PM

Breakfast

  • nah, not this late

Lunch

  • I wasn't going to have anything because I wanted a bath, but getting out of the bath I nearly fainted so I went and had that mini roll that I was saving

Dinner 6.50PM

  • for dinner, my mum brought home some of her friend's samosas with a lot of that carrotty sauce, it was really nice but as per usual I put a lot more on than I should have done
  • my mum also made pakora out of some different vegetables, I didn't really like this at all on stuff like broccoli or cucumber but you can't win them all
  • there was also some salad with lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomato but it didn't have anything on it and there was really quite a bit of it so I couldn't finish it
  • I also had a bit of a small baguette from the co-op which was nice
  • then I had a banana

Snacks 9.40PM

  • I decided to go back to snacks, thankfully my mum had bought some malteesers, they were wonderful, my taste is nearly completely back
  • after this I went to get some biscuits that my mum had brought back from work, they were dry but still amazing and I must have eaten about 4 biscuits in 5 minutes

its thursday

today I got up about 11.10AM, think i'm starting to get quite a bit better, I want a snack as soon as possible now

Breakfast

  • nah, still can't face eating something like cereal

Lunch 4.00PM

  • lunch was really nice, my dad had that horrible salami, I just had the bun toasted under the grill and it was brilliant
  • I also had some carrot sticks
  • and a scone, but my taste hasn't fully come back for these yet

Dinner 6.45PM

  • dinner was nice too, but I still think I can taste a body of spices rather than the full range of tastes, like sweetness or the taste of salt it was chicken in a tomatoey sauce, it was really filling, nice and warm
  • there was also spaghetti, my dad made too much but it was still nice
  • also had a banana, that wasn't too hot

Snacks

  • had to watch my dad eat my cake

wednesday's post

On Wednesday I got up about 1.40PM

Breakfast

  • nah, I didn't have it

Lunch

  • I was planning to have it but it was about half 5 when I got out of the shower so I decided to leave it

Dinner 6.40PM

  • dinner was really quite nice, it was a lamb kofta curry kind of thing, but the lamb was really light and almost smokey on the outside
  • there was also rice garlic naan bread with something like poppy and sesame seeds on it
  • i put just a little mango chutney on mine (trying to cut down on putting stuff on my meals, but I couldn't really taste it at all so I think i'll go back to putting on a lot)
  • I also had a banana that was quite nice but a bit much

Snacks

  • I still didn't have anything on Wednesday

tuesday's post

I got up about 10.35AM, not a very good sleep and i've still got what I think is the flu.

Breakfast

  • nah, I really don't feel like it at the moment, its like all food is comfort eating and with a cold its not comforting at all

Lunch 5.20PM

  • I left my salami bun out for my dad today
  • I had carrot sticks
  • some orange juice (odd grassy taste when combined with throat spray)
  • a scone with flora in it

Dinner 6.40PM

  • dinner was a nice pork snitchel
  • we also had lettuce
  • tomato slices with some oil on them
  • and slices of cucumber
  • I also had a banana tonight

Snacks

  • nope, still nothing, shame too because my mum brought home some small packets of haribo

monday's post

On Monday I got up at about 6.40AM, still with a really sore throat and I stayed home, it was a horrid day and I nearly fainted (thankfully my dad heard me calling for help) I think I have the flu

Breakfast

  • I couldn't eat anything with the state of my throat, i'd also lost my voice which is odd

Lunch 5.20PM

  • foods kind of lost its taste at the moment, but I had some orange juice
  • some carrot sticks
  • a scone (I wish these tasted brilliant but they don't)
  • and some horrible salami, I found an almost bone like bit of gristle in it again and I can't wait for the packet to be over

Dinner 6.35PM

  • dinner was a nice well cooked chicken fillet with some sweet chili sauce on it
  • a baked potato (I wish I could have tasted this more)
  • and some cabbage (tasted kind of like grilled foam)
  • didn't have a banana

Snacks

  • still nothing, i'm really annoyed, there was loads to eat too - some own brand mini rolls (got one saved) my white mice, my mum brought some gummy pastel sweets home, a syrupy cake and a fentiman's drink and I think something else that I can't remember

I got up about 9.45AM today, we had my grandparents over

Breakfast

  • nah, I was too busy trying to have a quick shower (still lasted too long)

Lunch 12.50PM

  • lunch was special in the dining room, we only use it on special occasions, we had roast lamb
  • with roast potatoes
  • yorkshire puddings
  • broccoli
  • peas and carrots
  • and there was gravy and mint sauce (I limited my gravy intake today, i've decided I didn't put enough on)
  • there was a summer fruit crumble with custard afterwards but I didn't have any, I don't really like crumble much anymore

Dinner 7.00PM

  • dinner was only something small because of how big lunch was. I had beans on toast, the bread was from our local deli, I like it, but having it for beans on toast was really lovely. it really was one of the nicest things i've eaten in ages, I didn't even add any salt

Snacks

  • I had a supermarket own brand mini roll, but my throat really really hurts so i'm not even going to count that

so its about 3AM and it was saturday

I had a really nice day today, but I don't get to see Jeffrey Lewis, I don't even know how this makes me feel anymore. I got up about 10.50AM after a bad sleep again

Breakfast

  • nah nothing, I was rushing around so much that I only realised by the time I got on the train that I had a terrible stomach ache

Lunch 1.30PM

  • I had a flaffel wrap from eat, it was nice but it didn't taste exactly right
  • a while after that I had some sarsaparilla, I love this, it was so sticky and it tasted much better than it ever had before

Dinner 6.35PM

  • we had chicken parcels, chunks of chicken wrapped in bacon. They worked out really well today, and they weren't very greasy
  • also had some naan bread, which was nice, I put a lot of smoked garlic mayonnaise on mine
  • also had a salad with onion, tomatoes, garlic, some cucumber and a dressing
  • had a piece of lettuce but it had pretty much gone off
  • after that I had a banana, which was alright I suppose

Snacks 9.15PM+

  • I had some very nice dark chocolate with little pieces of crystallised ginger in from home bargains, I really recommend this one because the ginger doesn't get in the way of the melting experience compared to other mixed chocolate bars

I still have a really bad stomach ache

I got up about 7.35AM today, I don't think I got much sleep but i'm really not sure

Breakfast 7.45AM

  • I had a bowl of special K red berries with some milk, it tasted kind of different than it has recently

Lunch 2.00PM

  • I was in a rush to eat lunch, and going on what yesterday's salami was like, I decided to skip it
  • I had some quite nice carrot sticks
  • some orange juice (I rushed drinking it sadly)
  • and a scone with quite a lot of flora on it (this makes it taste a lot better if you are in a rush)

Dinner 6.40PM

  • we had a chicken curry and I put a lot of mango chutney on mine
  • with garlic naan bread, I've always liked this when the sesame seeds fall of it so I can pick at them with my fingers
  • poppadoms
  • there was a yoghurt thing but I didn't have any of it
  • I also had a banana afterwards

Snacks 9.30PM

  • I had a very nice small twix, I really like these now, if you let them melt away in your mouth, the biscuit your left with is very good because its slightly salty like shortbread

  • nope, I will probably try to have something tomorrow though

Lunch 4.20PM

  • the salami bun I had today had a really quite big piece of gristle in it, it was horrible and the meat wasn't up to much either I think its waitrose's fault
  • some carrot sticks
  • some orange juice
  • a really nice scone with some flora on it

Dinner 6.35PM

  • dinner was some samosas that my mum's friend made for a party, they were the vegetable kind and really well balanced
  • she also made a light, not overly sweet carroty sauce to go with them, I really liked these, I also put a bit of yoghurt on one of mine, and some sweet chili sauce
  • also had some tiger bread from the co-op (this is really nice stuff) I put some sweet chili sauce on mine
  • I then had some salad, which was lettuce, cucumber and tomato, there was no oil on it so I put some sweet chili sauce on it too
  • I had a banana after that, it was alright I suppose

Snacks 9.05PM+

  • My mum got us some hard nougat in chocolate from one of the 99p shops, I really quite like this because the chocolate tastes like nuttella

I got up about 1.40-2.20PM today, after about 11 or 12 hours sleep

Breakfast

  • nah, nothing today, way too late

Lunch 4.00PM

  • I had yesterday's lunch, the salami tastes kind of horrid just coming out the fridge
  • also had carrot sticks
  • some orange juice
  • a scone that killed the trend of being very nice

Dinner 6.35PM

  • I had sausages
  • mash potato
  • and green beans
  • also had a banana, but it wasn't that nice, its a shame because these were some of the nicest bananas I'd had in so long
  • I keep forgetting to add, I had gravy on it as well, I tried to limit how much I put on, still just a bit too much

Snacks

  • nope, nothing, if I was better I would have gone and bought something horribly cheap and sweet, because i'm really in the mood for something at the moment

its tuesday

I got up about 3PM today, after about a 16 hour sleep from not feeling very well at all. I did open my eyes at about half past 7 to say I was staying asleep and to turn off my alarm but it was still a very long sleep

Breakfast

  • It was too late for breakfast, my mum very kindly had put out some cereal but the milk would have probably have gone funny/a spider might have been in it even if I did want to eat it

Lunch

  • I was planning to have lunch, but I got held up doing something, I think I was having a long shower, its all a bit fuzzy really, its in the fridge for me to have tomorrow though

Dinner 6.30PM

  • I had a piece of roast chicken
  • a baked potato
  • some cabbage, but it was probably actually spring greens
  • I also put a lot of gravy on everything, this i because again my mum didn't want much gravy so I saw it as some kind of chance to get as much gravy as possible which messes up the meal
  • I also had a really nice banana, but I was already feeling full

Snacks 8.30PM+

  • I had a little piece of minty dark chocolate from a catering company that did some kind of event for my mum's work (I've never been in a hotel, but I think its the same kind of size chocolate)
  • she also got me some mints the day before, I had those tonight, they were really nice, kind of instant warm toffee flavour, but then its like a fox's mint, then a more powerful mint that floods up into your nose.

monday's post

on monday I got up about 5.50AM to try and get to school on time. I wasn't (i'm still not) feeling very well, so I got there about half 12

Breakfast 6.00AM

  • I had bowl of that special K red berries with some milk, I can really recommend this compared to the mini shredded wheat

Lunch 1.50PM

  • I had carrot sticks
  • some different waitrose salami, I don't know what to think of it because I was getting quite used to the other waitrose salami, in a bun
  • some orange juice
  • and a scone with some clover on it

Dinner 6.40PM

  • spaghetti bolognese, I put quite a bit of pesto on mine, and tried to limit the amount of salt and pepper I put on
  • I didn't have a banana because I just wasn't feeling very well

Snacks

  • nah, I didn't have anything today, really wasn't feeling too hot

so sundays just finished

I got up about 1AM (what do I call it if it was midday 12?), I was going to be in bed at 12PM, I closed my eyes at about 12 last night downstairs and woke up feeling so loose at 3AM, so I went up to bed then so I suppose I got about 12 hours sleep

Breakfast

  • nah it was just so late so I didn't

Lunch 3.40PM

  • I had a funny shaped scone made with left over mix that fell apart but it was still really nice
  • I also had what was meant to be my lunch on saturday, it was some kind of biscuit sandwich thing, it was like a stronger cream content buttercream, some of the raspberry jam in commercial donuts, and two nice biscuits all sandwiched together with icing sugar on top it was really nice
  • also I had a fentiman's lemonade, I really think they've changed these and I can't recommend them like I used to

Dinner 7.10PM

  • it was roast chicken (my mum put some skin with mine, which was nice of her)
  • oh and lots of gravy
  • some roast potatoes
  • two yorkshire puddings
  • broccoli
  • i'm sure there were more vegetables there, I think carrots or cabbage maybe both, no I am pretty sure carrots were there anyway
  • a really nice banana

Snacks 9.10PM

  • I had about 12 squares of dark chocolate, I know now that the chocolate I had today and yesterday was from aldi, I'd give it a go, I think the taste can change from a more cadburys' bournville kind of feel, to a nutty, more tainted taste

I got up at about 12.45 today because I needed to talk to a bro on msn at 1

  • nah, it was way too late

Lunch

  • I wanted to have a long shower instead

  • Dinner was so much earlier today because I was meeting two friends to see Sapheen play live, for dinner I had some crispy but sweet belly pork with beetroot to make it red
  • a half slice of bread
  • some lettuce leaves
  • some cucumber
  • some tomato slices
  • no banana today, I was in a rush to get to Sapheen's thing

Snacks/food when out 9.50PM+

  • Sapheen was at about 8oclock or whatever, it was a really funny night but it rained but that was ok though, at about 9.50PM we went to a chippy half way to my house, I had a tray of chips, they were nice until one of them got pushed onto my thumb nail
  • I had some pink hubbabubba bubble gum (thanks bro) but it didn't taste like what I remembered from my youth, still nicer than any mint chewing gum
  • when I got home I had about 8 squares of dark chocolate

its friday, and I really enjoyed dinner

I got up about 6.55AM again and I can't wait to go to bed for a good sleep after this

Breakfast 7.00AM

  • I had a full bowl of a nice new cereal today, special K red berries and some milk which works really well with this cereal

Lunch 1.45PM

  • I ate lunch when I was reading about Indian tribes (really interested in the Andamanese at the moment) so it was all a bit rushed so I started with my carrot sticks
  • after that I had some orange juice
  • then I had my bun with some of that waitrose salami in it (i'm really warming to this stuff)
  • I then had a scone but I ate it too quickly

Dinner 6.30PM

  • my mum tried changing a Gordon Ramsay recipe today so we had quite a hot, wonderful curry
  • it had a lot of things in it, some peppercorns, bay leaves, cinnamon and chicken with some other stuff
  • some rice with a kind of rich, sweet spicy flavour
  • naan bread
  • poppadoms
  • a banana

Snacks

  • nope, didn't have anything in today - I might get something tomorrow though

thursday's post

I got up about 6.55 again

Breakfast 7.02AM

  • about 1/4 of so a bowl of honey nut shredded wheat pieces with milk

Lunch 2.20PM

  • a bun with some of that waitrose salami in, I think it was pretty nice
  • some orange juice
  • carrot sticks
  • and a really really nice scone (this whole meal was quite nice, I ate it lying down)

Dinner 6.05PM

  • We had dinner early tonight because I was going back to school to help out, we had some fillets of chicken with a sweet kind of chili glaze on them, with onions and garlic (I love how sweet onions can be)
  • a baked potato
  • some broccoli
  • a really good banana

Snacks

  • nah, nothing tonight it was too late anyway

wednesday was bonfire night

so I got up about 6.55 again, keeping things constant

Breakfast 7.00AM

  • 1/4 bowl of mini honey shredded wheat, with the freshest milk ever

Lunch 1.40PM (I got a lift home on Wednesday, it was amazing but disconcerting being in a car again)

  • some orange juice
  • some of that waitrose salami in a bun
  • some carrot sticks
  • a scone with what I'm pretty sure was margarine in it

Dinner 6.40PM

  • it was bonfire night so we had a special meal tonight, first we had some heinz tomato soup and some of the soft crusts from a normal white loaf of bread (I love this soup so much)
  • we also had pigs in blankets, for us thats not sausages in pastry, its just some sausages wrapped in white bread, I put some branston chili relish stuff on some of mine, and some tomato sauce on the other ones, with lots of pepper
  • a banana

Snacks 8.25PM

  • I keep trying to look up the name of the toffee, but I can't find what it is, its the crunchy, but kind of chewy honeycomb looking one, it was nice though

its tuesday today

I got up about 6.46AM today, I have my alarms set about 15 minutes fast and its working pretty well at the moment

Breakfast 7.00AM

  • about a 1/4 bowl of honey nut mini shredded wheat pieces with some milk - they were nice today but i'm looking forward to changing

Lunch 12.20PM

  • some orange juice
  • some nice carrot sticks
  • some more of that waitrose salami in a bun, it tastes nice and everything but its still not right
  • a really nice scone with what was probably actual butter on it

Dinner 6.35PM

  • beef stew with carrots, onions and some other stuff. I felt really full and kind of ill near the end of the meal for some reason, like yesterday
  • rice
  • mum's dumplings
  • a banana

Snacks 10.10PM+ (and a chocolate bar at about 4PM)

  • I decided to take a chance and try a starbar instead of a wispa today. It was really odd, its like taking the kind of ok points of a snickers and the bulky elements from a boost bar then vomiting them into a bulk of a chocolate bar. I was eating chocolate bar to get to the chocolate bar but nah, it never happened
  • my mum came back with some things from a little sweet shop in one of the markets, I had some chocolate pebbles which were really good, like really big misshapen minstrels that are kinder on your tongue and more delicate on your taste buds

monday's post

I got up at about 5.55AM on monday, I usually fall asleep again downstairs but I didn't on monday so I suppose my system is working

Breakfast 6.05AM

  • about 1/4 bowl of honey nut mini shredded wheat with full fat milk, it wasn't very nice at all so I only had a little

Lunch 1.10PM

  • some orange juice
  • a brilliant tasting scone with what I can only guess was butter on it
  • some of that waitrose salami in a bun, I think it tastes a bit better in a sesame seed bun but it still doesn't taste like a proper supermarket salami should taste
  • some carrot sticks

Dinner 6.40PM

  • sausage patties, they were really nice but the skin got to me, kind of like a blackboard made out of rubber and plastic
  • bacon
  • some fried bread with some baked beans on it (I love putting some salt on top of this)
  • a banana

Snacks

  • nah, nothing tonight. I had quite a lot of stuff to do and I felt really full for some reason

sunday's post

I got up about 11.10AM (I suppose my system isn't that good)

Breakfast

  • I didn't want to get up anyway

Lunch

  • I was going to try making crisps again but I didn't, I did some work instead. I've probably done about 3 hours worth today, the most I've done in a long time I think.

Dinner 7.00PM

  • roast pork
  • some crackling
  • mum's crab apple jelly
  • gravy
  • some spring cabbage
  • some broccoli
  • roast potatoes
  • yorkshire puddings
  • a really nice banana

Snacks 9.40PM+

  • some of that special toffee, it was all pretty interesting as far as they go as experiences but the best kind were these peanut shell looking ones with sherbet in the centre, when my tongue was getting cut up by trying to lick into them, you got a warming tongue tickling experience and if you were lucky it would all spray out really quickly like soda water bubbles

ok so its school tomorrow, if I do make a fresh start I'm going to hate it because I'd rather sleep through it anyway

ok I think i've tired my self out enough to do to bed now

just drew a face, started drawing a calf-dog but I scrapped it to make this thing

still really looking forward to having those sweets but I never want to wake up so they might taste different when I do wake up

saturday's post

I got up at 9.10AM using my new method, at the moment I've got my normal alarm clock and a faulty big radio alarm clock that I've wanted since I was little. I've put it where I can't reach it from my bed so I have to get up to get up.


Breakfast


  • I was in too much of a foul mood to have any breakfast

Lunch 1.45PM


  • a really nice slice of carrot cake but it was cut into a square (going to have this at the zoo)
  • a fentiman's ginger beer, i think they've changed the recipe because it tasted more muddy than it should

Dinner 7.10PM

  • Thai green curry but it was in more of a mound
  • some bread (and I put a lot of salt and pepper on mine)
  • two pork kebabs with smooth peanut butter on them
  • a lamb burger (I'm told it was just a patty though)
  • the bananas weren't ripe, i feel wrong writing that

Snacks 9.50PM+

  • some squares of aldi dark chocolate from my mum, which I shared with my dad

I should have had some special sweets for my snack, my mum brought home some special kinds of toffee - I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling for so long, I also got some pomade which I was really happy with

at the moment I feel terrible so I'm going to do a drawing with all my anxiety
