wednesday's post

couldn't really say when I got up



Dinner 6.40PM
  • got a boneless lamb chop there
  • some chips, these potatoes are some of the best we've had in years, they taste like good chippy potatoes
  • and some lettuce
  • and some tomatoes slices with onions

I've never had a boneless lamb chop. Does it make a difference? It looks so, I dunno, not as appealing?

it looks like a more baron taste experience, and it can be

the problem I was having with the little ones on the bone is that the lamb can sometimes be a bit old, and it can be very bitter - I just can't eat very bitter meat.

I think the thing with these is you're never going to get the 100% flavour and experience of the meat that comes off the bone, but I think you're getting a certain standard of meat no matter what

I so agree with how it looks though, a good on the bone lamb chop is something else
