thursday's post

on thursday I got up at about 8.00AM



Dinner 12.00PM
  • got back late from going to see jeffrey lewis which was amazing, especially the korean history song
  • my dad had this cooking for me, it was spaghetti bolognese which was lovely
  • with some slightly stale poppy seed bread

I mix my sauce directly into the pasta before serving it, that way the pasta absorbs a little of the taste, though you have to be sure to cook aldante or it becomes really soggy.

Still, I'd eat that plate up AND ask for seconds, I tell you what!

just looked up what aldante means and yeah I love doing that so much, its usually on the table when its piping hot so I tend to mix it up then so everythings goes together but cools down at the same time (I don't even think it does that, its just a habit)
