While I'm sure it tasted nice those things don't look right when they're all apart like that. I'm sure you can see what I mean.

i want one so badly said...

no, I know completely what you mean

I think a lot of it comes from the photography as well, it makes the meal look kind of unedible and lacking any kind of real inviting texture

almost makes it look like a joke, I love that about the flash though, how it iscolates each part of the meal

how its pictured is how i'd eat it in the main though - the humus and the coleslaw can join the chop on my plate but generally, nothing else will - especially not the salad, the salad never goes on my plate

You're not a fan of salad? Or you eat straight from the bowl?

yeah, I tend to eat it straight from the bowl at the end of the meal when everyone else has had what they want from it - when we have company (when I put on trousers to eat) I still tend to eat it last, but i'll put it onto my plate after i've cleared it

i'm not sure what it is - I do actually really like salad. I think it might come from how I ate it as a young child, to get me to eat it, i'd need to have lettuce that I could eat with my hands (usually diced)over a long period of time - before I really started to love the stuff, i'd try and avoid eating it so i'd go for the meat and stuff before hand, then get the salad in later

my mum still says 'don't forget your salad' sometimes when I get close to the end of the meal, this why I fear moving out, because you know i'd never think of having salad ever again
