Cinnabuns

I didn't have any dinner on friday so i'm posting these instead



they are cinnamon buns with a lemon and vanilla icing on them and they are lovely - its the first time that I have ever done anything with yeast pastry and I really like kneading the dough

thanks bro - I had no choice in the matter, forgot to half the bloody recipie so had to go through them at light speed (still got two left I think)

Its a terrible feeling when you want to eat a cinnamon but you're full, i've been finding that so much recently, I seem to fill up too quickly, need to man up.

So you rolled up the pastry danish style? My missus spent much of last year deliciously failing to replicate buns like that.

get her trying again bro, can't get enough of these things - had the lasto ne for breakfast today

yeah, got the pastry with butter, sugar and cinnamon in the middle, rolled it then cut it into slices whilst it was rolled into the sausage shape.

the best thing is getting half way through your breakfast pastry and getting to all the sugary stuff in one of the middle rolls
